Returns and Refunds Policy
ORDER CANCELLATION You have the flexibility to cancel your order at any time until it is shipped. Should you need to modify or cancel a paid order, kindly reach out to us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has commenced, cancellations are no longer possible.
REFUNDS At our core, ensuring your satisfaction is our top priority. As a result, you may request a refund or reshipment for your ordered products under the following circumstances:
- If you haven't received the products within the guaranteed time frame (30 days, excluding 2-5 days for processing).
- If the wrong item is delivered.
- If you've received an unused product and choose to return it, we can provide a free return label for shipping.
For Facebook and Instagram orders, please adhere to the respective platform's return guidelines available on their orders page.
Refunds will not be issued if:
- Your order doesn't arrive due to factors within your control (e.g., providing an incorrect shipping address).
- Your order is affected by exceptional circumstances beyond our control (e.g., customs clearance delays, natural disasters, pandemics, or incidents of lost or stolen mail).
- If you fail to return the package within 30 days after submitting a return request.
